PARTICIPATION TERMS AND ASSOCIATION RULES

1. Introduction
This document governs the terms of participation in courses organized by Emotional Coaching Academy ASD (hereinafter also referred to as "the Association") and defines the applicable association rules for all members, in accordance with the Association's Statute.

2. Legal Nature of the Association
Emotional Coaching Academy ASD is a non-profit Sports Association, regularly registered in the National Register of Amateur Sports Activities (RASD). The educational activity proposed is aimed at promoting educational and sports methodologies and the training of enrolled members.

3. Membership Registration
To participate in any course organized by the Association, it is necessary to be a member. Membership entails:

Completing the relevant application form

Paying the annual membership fee (€30.00)

Fully accepting the Statute, these Terms, and the Association’s Code of Ethics

The membership is valid for one year, from January 1st to December 31st of each calendar year, unless renewed.

4. Categories of Members
The Association recognizes the following categories:

Associate Coach: Members who pay only the annual fee of €30.00. They have the opportunity to participate in one annual training webinar with Alberto Castellani.
Expert Coach: Members who, in addition to the membership fee, purchase and successfully complete the full training course and pass the final exam. They have access to the Members Area and receive the official "Expert Coach" certification of the "The Emotional Coaching of Tennis" method.
National Ambassador: Expert Coaches who, due to recognized merit by the Board of Directors, are appointed official representatives for their country. They are tasked with organizing at least one in-person course annually in their country, in coordination with the Association.

5. Access to Courses
Access to the courses is reserved for members in good standing with the annual fee. Course registration takes place through:

Registration on the official website

Payment of the required fee for participation (specific to each course)

Acceptance of the terms of sale and the release regarding privacy and the use of content

6. Certificates and Qualifications
The "Expert Coach" certificate is issued exclusively to those who have:

Fully attended the complete online course
Successfully passed the final test

The certificate does not have legal value as a state diploma but certifies the training acquired within the "The Emotional Coaching of Tennis" method promoted by the Association.

7. Rights and Duties of Members
Members agree to:

Respect the Statute and internal regulations

Maintain correct behavior in line with the values of the Association

Not disclose or reproduce educational materials without permission

Members have the right to:

Participate in the association's activities

Access services and courses available for their category

Receive assistance in case of technical or administrative issues

8. Exclusion of Members
The Association reserves the right to exclude members, upon decision of the Board of Directors, who:

Seriously violate these rules or the Statute

Cause moral or material harm to the image or activities of the Association

9. Amendments to the Rules
These Rules may be updated or modified at any time by the Board of Directors. Changes will be published on the official website and communicated to members.

10. Competent Jurisdiction
For any disputes, the court of the location where the Association's legal headquarters is situated will be competent, unless otherwise specified by mandatory legal provisions.
